Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources to ensure data integrity.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau or Power BI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to identify key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast trends and outcomes.
- Communicate complex analytical findings to stakeholders in a clear, non-technical language.
- Automate reporting processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual errors.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (Querying, Joins, Stored Procedures).
- Expert level in Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and experience with Python or R.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
