Responsibilities
- Data Exploration & Analysis: Analyze complex, high-volume datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Visualization: Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and PowerBI to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
- Data Modeling: Develop and optimize data models and pipelines to ensure data accuracy and accessibility for the organization.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineers, and executives to define data requirements and translate business needs into analytical solutions.
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct advanced statistical analysis and A/B testing to validate hypotheses and drive product optimization.
- Documentation: Create clear, concise documentation of data processes, methodologies, and findings to ensure knowledge transfer across teams.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 4+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related data-focused role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (Advanced queries), Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business metrics and the ability to translate data into actionable business strategies.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot data issues and derive insights from unstructured data.
