Responsibilities
- Advanced Data Mining & Cleaning: Extract, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources to ensure high-quality analytics.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau/PowerBI) that visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for executive leadership.
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct in-depth statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that impact business strategy.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and present complex findings in a clear, concise manner.
- Automated Reporting: Develop automated reporting systems to reduce manual workload and improve data accessibility.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in data workflows and recommend innovative solutions to optimize data infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for database querying, Python or R for scripting, and Excel for advanced modeling.
- Visualization Tools: Extensive experience with Tableau or Microsoft Power BI.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within a remote or hybrid setting.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business value.
- Tools: Familiarity with ETL tools and cloud data warehouses (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) is a plus.
