Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical modeling to identify trends and opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Develop A/B testing frameworks and conduct hypothesis-driven experiments to optimize marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Present insights to cross-functional teams through clear, data-driven storytelling
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous quality assurance processes and documentation
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging analytics technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 4+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL, Python, and visualization tools
- Proven experience translating business questions into analytical frameworks
- Expertise in statistical analysis and experimental design (A/B testing, regression modeling)
- Strong communication skills with ability to present technical insights to non-technical audiences
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and big data technologies
