Responsibilities
- Lead Data Strategy: Spearhead complex data modeling and analysis projects to uncover actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making for leadership.
- Optimize Night Operations: Monitor and optimize data pipelines and reporting systems during off-peak hours to ensure 99.9% uptime and data integrity.
- Visualize Impact: Design and maintain interactive dashboards (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) that provide real-time visibility into key performance indicators for the night shift team.
- Collaborate Virtually: Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Sales) to translate complex datasets into clear, business-critical narratives.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous data audits and validation processes to guarantee the accuracy of all nightly reporting deliverables.
- Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in current workflows and implement innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 4+ years of professional experience in data analysis, with a proven track record of success in remote or shift-based environments.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools. Experience with ETL processes and big data technologies is a plus.
- Night Shift Aptitude: Demonstrated ability to self-motivate, maintain high energy levels, and adhere to strict schedules during non-standard business hours.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Tools: Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) and project management tools (Jira, Asana).
