Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling techniques to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Design and implement A/B tests to measure product impact and optimize conversion funnels
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve data pipelines and ensure data quality
- Present findings to leadership through compelling visualizations and narrative-driven insights
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to best practices development
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive data analysis experience with proven track record
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical knowledge and experience with experimental design
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and data warehousing
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating complex analytical projects and business impact
