Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and anomalies
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI
- Develop automated reporting systems for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with product teams to define KPIs and success metrics
- Present findings to non-technical leadership through compelling narratives
- Implement data quality controls and validation frameworks
- Drive A/B testing initiatives to optimize business outcomes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience
- Expert proficiency in SQL and at least one scripting language (Python/R)
- Advanced experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong understanding of statistical methodologies and experimental design
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) data services
- Proven ability to translate technical insights into business recommendations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
