Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and BI tools to identify trends and business opportunities
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and implement tracking systems
- Create automated data pipelines to ensure real-time reporting accuracy
- Present findings to leadership with clear visualizations and actionable recommendations
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation and quality control processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with proven track record in BI tools
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and Excel
- Strong experience with data visualization platforms (Tableau/Power BI)
- Knowledge of statistical modeling and predictive analytics techniques
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical insights for non-technical audiences
- Experience working in remote teams with strong time management skills
