Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Data Analyst to join our high-growth team. While we value local talent, this is a fully remote (WFH) position open to candidates in the Portland, OR area. We are urgently seeking a self-starter who can turn raw data into actionable business intelligence.
In this role, you will own the analytics strategy for key business units, ensuring our stakeholders have the insights they need to make data-driven decisions. If you are passionate about data visualization, SQL, and uncovering hidden trends, we want to hear from you immediately.
Responsibilities
- Transform complex datasets into clear, actionable insights and executive summaries.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI.
- Perform advanced data cleaning and validation using SQL and Python.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct A/B testing and predictive modeling to optimize business outcomes.
- Document data pipelines and analytical models for team knowledge transfer.
- Present analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders in a compelling manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Redshift).
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Strong programming skills in Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
