Responsibilities
- Visualize Data: Design and develop interactive dashboards (Tableau, PowerBI) to track KPIs and provide real-time business intelligence to stakeholders.
- Data Engineering: Extract, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources using SQL, Python, and ETL tools.
- Strategy Support: Conduct deep-dive statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineering teams to define data requirements and success metrics.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation for data models, pipelines, and analytical processes to ensure data governance.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy) is mandatory.
- Visualization: Strong portfolio demonstrating experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex data findings to non-technical audiences clearly and persuasively.
