Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations with Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Perform statistical analysis and A/B testing to drive product optimization decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into analytical frameworks
- Present findings to C-suite executives through compelling data narratives
- Maintain data governance standards and ensure data quality across systems
- Mentor junior analysts and champion best practices in data ethics
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics with 2+ years in remote work environments
- Expert proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy) with portfolio of complex projects
- Advanced Tableau/Power BI skills with proven track record of executive-level reporting
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake)
- Strong understanding of statistical methodologies and experimental design
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to simplify technical concepts
