Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and transform large datasets into clear, actionable insights using SQL, Python, and Excel.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau/PowerBI) to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business problems and propose data-driven solutions.
- Conduct statistical analysis to forecast trends and support strategic decision-making processes.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal data governance standards.
- Present complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, compelling narrative.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably within a remote or hybrid setting.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating databases.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Experience with Python or R for data manipulation and automation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively.
