Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities using SQL, Python, and advanced Excel
- Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Develop and maintain automated reporting systems to track KPIs and business performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data findings into actionable strategies
- Design and implement A/B tests to validate hypotheses and optimize business outcomes
- Present findings to senior leadership through clear, concise data narratives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with proven portfolio of projects
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical knowledge with experience in hypothesis testing and regression analysis
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and big data technologies
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
