Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure)
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and provide actionable insights for government clients
- Create statistical models and predictive analytics to support strategic decision-making
- Present findings to senior stakeholders through compelling data narratives
- Maintain data governance standards and ensure compliance with federal regulations
- Mentor junior analysts and lead cross-functional analytics projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related role
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical modeling
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Experience working with federal datasets or public sector analytics
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to translate complex data into business insights
- Certification in data analytics or cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) a plus
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting to non-technical stakeholders
