Responsibilities
- Advanced Data Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis of large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau, Power BI) that provide real-time insights to stakeholders.
- Statistical Modeling: Build predictive models and statistical algorithms to forecast business outcomes and market trends.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product and marketing teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track campaign performance.
- Data Governance: Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- SQL Optimization: Write complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from our data warehouse efficiently.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within a remote or distributed team setting.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and programming languages (Python or R).
- Visualization: Expert-level experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex data findings into clear, concise, and actionable business recommendations.
- Self-Motivation: Proven track record of managing multiple projects independently and meeting tight deadlines without direct supervision.
