We are seeking a highly analytical Data Analyst to join our dynamic team in Louisville, KY. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end data lifecycle, from collection and cleaning to advanced modeling and reporting. Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets using SQL and Python to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau or Power BI to track KPIs and business performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to identify key business opportunities and operational inefficiencies.
- Conduct statistical analysis and forecasting to support strategic decision-making processes.
- Create comprehensive reports and presentations for executive stakeholders to communicate findings clearly.
- Maintain and optimize existing data pipelines and ETL processes to improve system performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake).
- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
