Responsibilities
- Design and implement complex SQL queries to extract, clean, and analyze large healthcare datasets
- Create interactive Tableau dashboards for executive stakeholders and clinical teams
- Develop predictive models using Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn) to forecast patient admission trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into analytical solutions
- Present findings to leadership through compelling data visualizations and written reports
- Automate reporting processes using Python scripts and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with SQL and Python
- Proficiency in Tableau or Power BI for data visualization
- Experience with healthcare data (EHR, claims, or clinical data preferred)
