Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and BI tools to identify trends and opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Develop automated reporting pipelines to improve data accessibility
- Collaborate with product teams to design A/B tests and interpret results
- Present findings to leadership through compelling data visualizations
- Maintain data integrity and implement quality control measures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics with SQL, Python (Pandas), and visualization tools
- Proven track record of building scalable data solutions
- Strong statistical modeling and hypothesis testing skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and ETL processes
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical insights for non-technical audiences
- Portfolio showcasing data analysis projects required
