Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and preprocess large datasets from various sources to ensure high data quality and integrity for analysis.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform complex statistical analyses to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that drive business decisions.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and develop interactive, visually compelling dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Reporting: Create detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders, translating technical findings into clear, business-friendly insights.
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in current data processes and automate reporting workflows to improve productivity.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, operations) to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (querying and database management) and Python or R for data manipulation.
- Tools: Strong hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
