Responsibilities
- Design and maintain complex data models to support business reporting needs and strategic decision-making.
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources using SQL and Python.
- Develop interactive, user-friendly dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate them into technical data solutions.
- Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Document data processes and create standard operating procedures for data governance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake).
- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
