Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Analysis: Extract, clean, and analyze large, complex datasets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and develop interactive, visually appealing dashboards (using Tableau or Power BI) to present data findings to non-technical stakeholders in real-time.
- Statistical Modeling: Build predictive models to forecast market trends and optimize operational efficiency.
- Reporting: Create comprehensive monthly and quarterly reports that summarize key performance indicators (KPIs) and present actionable insights to the management team.
- Data Governance: Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all platforms by establishing and maintaining data quality protocols.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to understand their data needs and provide tailored analytical solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 4+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (Advanced), Python (Pandas, NumPy), and experience with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake or BigQuery).
- Visualization Tools: Strong hands-on experience with Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
