Responsibilities
- Accurately input, verify, and update customer and company data into various databases and spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets).
- Review and correct errors in data entry to ensure high standards of quality and consistency.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems for easy retrieval.
- Perform routine data audits and reconciliations to identify discrepancies.
- Assist in the preparation of detailed reports and summaries based on entered data.
- Collaborate with the administrative team to streamline data management processes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree or higher is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (pivot tables, formulas).
- Typing speed of 45+ WPM with high accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
