Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and verify data into various digital systems with high accuracy and minimal errors.
- Review source documents for errors and correct discrepancies immediately.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems for easy retrieval.
- Assist in the digitization of legacy records and scanned documents.
- Communicate effectively with team members to resolve data discrepancies and workflow bottlenecks.
- Ensure strict confidentiality of sensitive company and client information at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Business or Administration preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry or administrative support roles (minimum 1 year).
- Excellent typing speed (minimum 45 WPM) and a high degree of accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data management software.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
