Responsibilities
- Maintain and update complex databases with precision and confidentiality
- Process high-volume transactional data using proprietary software systems
- Perform data validation, cleansing, and quality assurance protocols
- Generate weekly performance reports and data analytics dashboards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on data migration projects
- Train junior staff on data entry best practices and compliance standards
- Implement process improvements to enhance data efficiency
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional data entry experience with 10,000+ keystrokes per minute
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and database management
- Proven track record of 99.5%+ data accuracy in high-volume environments
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) and ERP platforms (SAP)
- Professional certification in data management (CDA, CDIA) preferred
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
