Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced machine learning models for predictive analytics
- Lead end-to-end data science projects from data collection to deployment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business challenges into data solutions
- Create compelling data visualizations and executive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI
- Mentor junior data scientists and conduct peer code reviews
- Stay current with emerging AI/ML technologies and industry best practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive data science experience with Python/R
- Expertise in ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Proven track record deploying production-level ML pipelines
- Strong SQL and database optimization skills
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ completed data science projects
