Responsibilities
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or AWS CodePipeline
- Manage container orchestration with Kubernetes and Docker on AWS EKS
- Optimize cloud infrastructure through Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform/CloudFormation)
- Implement monitoring solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, and Datadog
- Lead incident response and post-mortem analysis for production issues
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct regular code reviews
- Automate deployment processes with Ansible and Python scripts
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices
- Expertise in AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, VPC)
- Proficiency with Linux system administration and scripting
- Strong background in network security and compliance (SOC2, HIPAA)
- Experience with infrastructure monitoring and alerting tools
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
