Responsibilities
- Design and implement cloud infrastructure solutions on AWS/GCP using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
- Automate deployment pipelines using CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions)
- Monitor system performance and implement proactive alerting with tools like Prometheus/Grafana
- Lead incident response and troubleshooting for production systems
- Develop security best practices and compliance frameworks for cloud environments
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or cloud infrastructure roles
- Expertise in at least one major cloud platform (AWS/GCP/Azure) with certifications
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, Go) and infrastructure automation
- Strong knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration
- Experience with infrastructure monitoring and observability tools
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Excellent communication skills for remote collaboration
