Responsibilities
- Design and implement AWS/GCP infrastructure-as-code solutions using Terraform and CloudFormation
- Optimize CI/CD pipelines for microservices deployment in Kubernetes environments
- Implement robust monitoring and logging systems with Prometheus and ELK Stack
- Lead cloud cost optimization initiatives and security compliance frameworks
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct peer code reviews
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Ansible and Python scripts
- Collaborate with product teams to define infrastructure requirements
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices
- Expert proficiency in AWS/GCP services and Terraform
- Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI)
- Proficiency in at least one scripting language (Python, Bash, Go)
- Understanding of security best practices (IAM, encryption, compliance)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously
