Responsibilities
- Design and implement AWS/GCP infrastructure-as-code using Terraform and CloudFormation
- Automate deployment pipelines with Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI
- Optimize Kubernetes clusters for scalability and cost-efficiency
- Implement robust monitoring solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, and Datadog
- Lead security-first DevOps practices including IAM policies and vulnerability scanning
- Mentor junior engineers and drive DevOps best adoption across teams
- Collaborate with product teams to optimize CI/CD workflows
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps/SRE roles with cloud platforms
- Expertise in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- Proven track record with IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Certifications in AWS/GCP or Kubernetes preferred
- Experience with infrastructure monitoring and alerting systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex systems
- Excellent communication skills for remote collaboration
