Responsibilities
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions
- Manage AWS/GCP infrastructure with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Optimize cloud environments for cost, performance, and security (Kubernetes, Docker)
- Lead incident response and system troubleshooting (24/7 on-call rotation)
- Automate deployment processes and reduce operational overhead
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews
- Collaborate with product teams to define infrastructure requirements
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or cloud infrastructure roles
- Expertise in at least one major cloud platform (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Proficiency with container orchestration (Kubernetes, EKS, GKE)
- Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Go
- Certifications (AWS/GCP Certified DevOps Engineer preferred)
- Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Portfolio demonstrating infrastructure automation projects
