Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain AWS/GCP infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
- Optimize CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment processes for microservices architecture
- Monitor system performance and implement security best practices across cloud environments
- Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot production issues and improve system reliability
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to DevOps best practices documentation
- Research and implement emerging cloud technologies to enhance scalability
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps/SRE roles with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Expertise in container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) and serverless technologies
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell) and infrastructure automation tools
- Certifications (AWS/GCP Certified DevOps Engineer preferred)
- Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog)
- Proven track record of improving system reliability and reducing operational costs
- Excellent communication skills for remote collaboration
