Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for microservices architecture
- Optimize AWS infrastructure for cost efficiency and scalability (EC2, Lambda, S3)
- Implement infrastructure-as-code using Terraform and CloudFormation
- Lead Kubernetes cluster management on EKS with Helm
- Automate security compliance scanning with AWS Security Hub
- Collaborate with SREs to define SLAs and SLOs
- Mentor junior engineers on DevOps best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure and DevOps
- Expertise in AWS services (EC2, RDS, CloudFront)
- Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- Strong knowledge of container orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Certification in AWS or Azure (e.g., Solutions Architect)
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Proven track record of optimizing cloud costs
- Ability to work independently across time zones
