Responsibilities
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using AWS CodePipeline and Jenkins
- Optimize cloud infrastructure for scalability across AWS/GCP
- Automate deployment processes with Terraform and Ansible
- Monitor system performance using Datadog and Grafana
- Lead Kubernetes cluster management and security hardening
- Collaborate with product teams to optimize release cycles
- Mentor junior engineers on DevOps best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years in DevOps/SRE with cloud-native environments
- Expertise in AWS/GCP infrastructure provisioning
- Strong coding skills in Python/Go/Bash
- Kubernetes certification (CKA/CKAD) or equivalent experience
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Background in fintech or high-transaction systems preferred
- Proven track record of reducing deployment failures by 50%+
