Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, and social platforms
- Lead a team of 3 remote marketing specialists with weekly virtual coaching sessions
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Adobe Analytics
- Manage $500K+ monthly advertising budgets with ROI optimization
- Create quarterly performance reports for executive stakeholders
- Implement A/B testing frameworks for landing pages and email campaigns
- Collaborate with product teams on digital product launches
Qualifications
- 8+ years digital marketing experience with 3+ years in team leadership
- Proven success scaling B2B SaaS campaigns (portfolio required)
- Advanced certifications in Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Meta Blueprint
- Expertise in marketing automation platforms (Marketo/Marketo Engage preferred)
- Strong data visualization skills with Tableau/Power BI
- Ohio residency required (must be physically located in-state)
