Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, email, and social media channels
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and ROI to optimize marketing spend and maximize conversion rates
- Lead a team of 3-5 marketing specialists with performance management and professional development
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives
- Manage $500K+ annual digital marketing budget with quarterly forecasting and reporting
- Implement A/B testing frameworks for landing pages and email campaigns
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in digital marketing automation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive digital marketing experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven expertise in SEO/SEM tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs) and marketing automation platforms
- Advanced proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce) and marketing analytics tools
- Strong project management skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Certified in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or HubSpot (or equivalent)
- Exceptional data analysis and presentation skills with executive reporting experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining team cohesion
