Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across SEO, PPC, and social media
- Lead cross-functional campaigns targeting Washington DC metropolitan area
- Manage and optimize multi-channel marketing budgets (£500K+)
- Analyze performance data using Google Analytics 4 and Adobe Analytics

Qualifications
- 5+ years in digital marketing with 3+ years in management roles
- Proven experience targeting US markets, especially Washington DC
- Advanced certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, and HubSpot
- Expertise in marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Pardot)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
