Responsibilities
- Develop and execute omnichannel marketing strategies across SEO, PPC, and social media
- Lead a team of 5 remote marketing specialists with quarterly OKR alignment
- Analyze performance data using Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics
- Manage $2M+ annual digital advertising budget with 15% YoY growth targets
- Collaborate with C-suite on brand positioning and market expansion
- Implement A/B testing frameworks for landing page optimization
Qualifications
- 8+ years digital marketing experience with 3+ years in leadership
- Proven track record scaling brands to $10M+ ARR
- Advanced certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, and HubSpot
- Expertise in marketing automation (Marketo/Marketo Engage)
- Strong data storytelling with SQL proficiency
- Remote work experience with asynchronous communication mastery
- BA/BS in Marketing, Business, or related field
