Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, and email campaigns
- Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics to optimize campaign ROI
- Lead cross-functional initiatives with creative and development teams to deliver high-impact digital experiences
- Manage digital advertising budgets exceeding $500K annually across multiple platforms
- Mentor junior marketing professionals and conduct monthly performance reviews

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field with 5+ years digital marketing experience
- Proven expertise in managing SEO/SEM campaigns with measurable results
- Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation tools
- Strong project management skills with ability to lead complex initiatives
