Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies across SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing
- Lead a team of 4-6 remote marketing specialists with weekly virtual check-ins and performance reviews
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, SEMrush, and HubSpot to optimize ROI
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-impact content for diverse audiences
- Manage $500K+ monthly ad budgets with quarterly strategic reallocation based on performance data
- Present monthly growth reports to executive stakeholders with actionable insights
- Stay ahead of industry trends through continuous learning and certification attainment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience with 2+ years in leadership roles
- Proven expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEO best practices
- Advanced proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar)
- Experience managing remote teams and asynchronous workflows
- Strong strategic thinker with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present complex ideas clearly
- Google Analytics and HubSpot certifications required
