Responsibilities

- Lead a remote team of 3-5 marketing specialists through agile workflows
- Manage $500K+ annual digital advertising budget with quarterly forecasting
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals
- Implement A/B testing frameworks for landing pages and email campaigns
- Report on KPIs to executive stakeholders using data visualization tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience with 2+ years managing remote teams
