- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, and email channels
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Adobe Analytics to drive optimization
- Lead client consultations and present actionable insights with clear ROI projections
- Manage PPC budgets exceeding $100K monthly while maintaining 25%+ ROAS targets
- Mentor junior marketers through our remote training programs
- Stay current with digital marketing trends and algorithm updates
- Collaborate with design and content teams to create cohesive brand experiences
Qualifications
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience with proven campaign management success
- Expertise in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and major social advertising platforms
- Strong data analysis skills with ability to translate metrics into strategic recommendations
- Experience managing remote teams and asynchronous collaboration tools
