- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, HubSpot, and other marketing automation tools
- Lead A/B testing initiatives to optimize conversion rates and ROI
- Create compelling content assets including blog posts, whitepapers, and social media campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives
- Manage digital advertising budgets and provide monthly performance reports
- Stay current with industry trends and algorithm updates to maintain competitive advantage
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience with proven ROI results
