- Manage multi-channel campaigns with $500K+ annual ad budgets
- Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Adobe Analytics
- Lead A/B testing initiatives to optimize conversion rates and ROI
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-impact content
- Present quarterly performance reports to executive stakeholders
- Mentor junior marketers and guide best practices implementation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience with proven ROI
- Advanced certification in Google Ads/Analytics and HubSpot
- Expertise in marketing automation platforms (Marketo/Pardot preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with SQL and Excel proficiency
- Experience managing remote teams or cross-functional projects
- Portfolio demonstrating successful campaign case studies
