- Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and marketing automation platforms
- Optimize conversion funnels and A/B test landing pages to maximize CRO
- Lead content strategy and manage a team of 3 junior marketers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing with business objectives
- Generate monthly performance reports and present actionable insights to stakeholders
- Stay current with digital marketing trends and algorithm updates
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience with proven ROI results
- Advanced proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and marketing automation tools
- Strong expertise in SEO/SEM strategies and content management systems
- Experience managing remote teams and asynchronous workflows
