Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Manage complex executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements domestically and internationally.
- Email & Communication: Draft, proofread, and manage high-volume email correspondence, ensuring professional tone and timely responses.
- Project Coordination: Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, tracking deadlines, budgets, and deliverables using project management tools.
- Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and prepare detailed reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Administrative Oversight: Handle sensitive information with discretion, manage expense reports, and organize internal documentation.
- Team Collaboration: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, fostering strong business relationships.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or Executive Assistant in a high-pressure environment.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; native-level fluency preferred.
