We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Technician to join our dynamic team in Detroit, Michigan. At Apex Dynamics, we believe in empowering our workforce. You will be responsible for traveling to various client sites within the Detroit metro area to perform maintenance, repairs, and installations on our industrial equipment. We are looking for a reliable individual who takes pride in their craftsmanship and can ensure minimal downtime for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Perform on-site diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance on heavy-duty equipment and machinery.
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with company safety protocols and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with the regional manager to schedule service calls and optimize route efficiency.
- Maintain accurate service logs and inventory of company-provided equipment.
- Provide exceptional technical support and communication to end-users regarding equipment functionality.
- Adhere to strict quality control standards to guarantee customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Field Service Technician or Heavy Equipment Mechanic.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid Driver’s License (CDL preferred).
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently in the field.
- Willingness to travel locally within the Detroit metropolitan area.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
