Responsibilities
- Perform on-site installation, configuration, and repair of complex technical equipment at client locations.
- Conduct thorough system diagnostics and troubleshooting to resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining technical concepts to non-technical clients in a clear, professional manner.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date digital logs of all service visits, repair histories, and equipment inventory.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures during on-site work.
- Collaborate with the remote support team to escalate complex issues and share best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Field Service Technician, IT Support Specialist, or in a similar technical role.
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record (Company Vehicle Provided).
- Associate degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or equivalent technical certification.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently in various environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexibility to travel within the San Antonio area as needed.
