Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality, responsive front-end web applications using React and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and back-end developers to ensure seamless integration and optimal user experience.
- Translate wireframes and high-fidelity mockups into clean, efficient, and semantic code.
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring cross-browser compatibility.
- Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers within the remote team.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development with a strong portfolio of deployed applications.
- Expert proficiency in React.js, TypeScript, and modern CSS (Sass, Tailwind).
- Deep understanding of web performance optimization, accessibility (a11y), and SEO best practices.
- Strong experience with state management libraries (Redux, Context API).
