Responsibilities
- Architect & Build: Lead the design and implementation of responsive, high-performance web applications using modern frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Performance Optimization: Conduct code reviews, optimize web vitals, and ensure seamless user experiences across all devices and browsers.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with UX/UI designers and backend engineers to translate wireframes into pixel-perfect, accessible code.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers, conduct technical workshops, and foster a culture of continuous learning within the engineering team.
- Testing & QA: Implement rigorous testing strategies (unit, integration, e2e) to guarantee product stability.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 3 years in a senior frontend role.
- Core Tech: Proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and a major framework (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Styling: Deep understanding of CSS3, SASS/LESS, and modern CSS architecture (Flexbox, Grid, CSS-in-JS).
- Tools: Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
