Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-quality, responsive, and user-friendly web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes into pixel-perfect, accessible code.
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring a seamless user experience across all devices and browsers.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, providing timely solutions to engineering challenges.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development with a strong portfolio of deployed applications.
- Deep proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Strong experience with at least one modern front-end framework (React, Angular, or Vue).
- Experience with RESTful APIs and state management libraries (Redux, Vuex, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a distributed, remote team environment.
